"Home Watch, Home Sitter, Home Check, House Sitter, House Watch, House Checker, Condo Watch, Vacation Home Watch, Second Home Watch, Home Inspector". These are all terms used to describe the same thing. HOME WATCH is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues that may arise while you are away. We offer periodic inspections of your home to make sure that everything is secure and as it should be. We are your best advocate, offering our complete honesty and sincerity of intention. Our service affords the absentee homeowner a true sense of security, and "PEACE OF MIND".
On A Typical Visit We: Flush all toilets, run all sinks and showers to keep drains from drying out; look carefully for any water leaks; check thermostats to insure that you HVAC is operating properly; inspect your hot water tank, water softener, reverse osmosis system, appliances, and the electric breaker panel; look for insect or rodent infestation; make sure that all windows and exterior doors are secured; and walk the exterior perimeter of your property. Many of our clients have landscapers and pool services, so we double check to verify that these services are actually being performed. After each inspection, we will text or email you to report our findings, whether it's good or not so good. If there is a problem, then together we can decide how to rectify it, therefore giving you complete "PEACE OF MIND"
